Spoke with Gary about arranging a Chancel Repair Indemnity policy. He went out of his way to find information for me and suggest a way forward when many would have declined to have provided assistance. Efficient, helpful, personable and human. Found me a reasonable new business quotation when the renewal quote from  the current underwriter was high  at the beginning. So they were thoughtful and not just processing it. A breath of fresh air and the opposite of the usual current soulless experience of online renewal. Sharon Atkins was  outstanding.
