** COVID-19 UPDATE **
As from Thursday 5th November 2020, we are are operating a strict appointment-only system for visitors to our office. This is because – aligned to the most recent Government guidelines - most of our staff will be working from home; so if a customer were to come without an appointment, there may be no-one here to see to them.
If you wish to make an appointment to come into the office, please call 01904 631622. When you arrive at our office, you will need to adhere to the following protocol;
- on arrival, customers must use the entrance intercom to announce their arrival or call the telephone number displayed on the office door
- a staff member will unlock the door - note, we can only allow one customer in the office at any one time.
- customers will have their temperature checked.
- Illingworths will ask customers to use a supplied hand sanitiser gel.
- customers must stay in a designated "customer zone" (away from office work stations).
- preferred payment methods are debit/credit cards or cheque.
- customers must wear a face mask/ covering. If necessary, these will be supplied on entry and wearing will be compulsory.
