I contacted J Illingworth & Co Ltd on the off chance they might be able to help with my specific property insurance needs, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, Gary made me feel completely at ease, he was caring, open, and refreshingly honest. He took the time to search thoroughly and came back with several quotes, all of which offered significantly better cover than I expected and at much lower prices than I’d anticipated. The level of personal service was outstanding, it never felt like a sales call, more like someone genuinely wanting to help. As always, staff at Illingworths are prepared to sit you down, and discuss your insurance needs and adjustments.  It is such a joy to actually see a human being these days during a financial transaction and the advice is always sound and very competitive. Spoke with Gary about arranging a Chancel Repair Indemnity policy. He went out of his way to find information for me and suggest a way forward when many would have declined to have provided assistance.
